Work begins! First the wood is planed, then cut to lengths, for glue up...

SLady.jpg (128260 bytes) once the head is in clamps it is given 24 hrs to dry then the carving begins!

Head is well under way, eyes will be carved in wood, to achieve proper expression, then replaced with glass eyes for realism
